About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Application Developer to join our expanding team at Searchability. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle applications across multiple enterprise functions, including Customer Experience (CX) Sales, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Finance, and Human Resources (HR). This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects within a collaborative environment, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. The role involves engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, design effective technical solutions, and implement system enhancements. You will also be responsible for integrations, testing, and performance optimization within Oracle Fusion, EBS, and other Oracle cloud environments, ensuring high system availability and efficiency.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Oracle application development, with proven experience working within enterprise-scale systems. You should have a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Applications, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), complemented by hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher. Relevant Oracle certifications are highly desirable, demonstrating your commitment to professional development and technical proficiency. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities are essential, as you will be collaborating with diverse teams and clients. Experience working within Agile or SDLC methodologies is also important, ensuring you can adapt to fast-paced project environments and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and customizing Oracle applications to align with client needs
- Supporting ongoing system improvements
- Ensuring seamless integration across various modules
- Working closely with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather detailed requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Designing and implementing solutions within Oracle Fusion, EBS, and other Oracle cloud platforms, utilizing PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher
- Involved in testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize system performance
- Contributing to system documentation, participating in code reviews, and supporting deployment activities
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Oracle technologies and industry best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and reliable solutions
