Oracle EPM Developer
Our client, a leading global consultancy, is seeking experienced Oracle EPM Developers to support a major enterprise transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale financial planning and performance management initiatives involving the redesign and migration of existing IBM Planning Analytics solutions into Oracle EPM Cloud.
The role requires strong Oracle EPM expertise combined with the ability to work closely with stakeholders, architects, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and deployable planning solutions.
Role Details
- Job Title: Oracle EPM Developer
- Contract Length: 6 Months
- Location: Hybrid – Luton (2 times per week)
- Day Rate: £550 per day (Inside IR35)

- Redesign, redevelop, and transition models from IBM Planning Analytics into Oracle EPM
- Work across one or more Oracle EPM modules including:
- Projects / Capital Planning
- Custom Planning
- Workforce Planning
- Profitability and Cost Management
- Translate existing IBM PA DMR models into Oracle EPM architecture
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, architects, and vendor development teams
- Lead the successful migration and deployment of planning models into Oracle EPM
- Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Support implementation activities and ongoing operational enhancements
Required Experience
- Strong Oracle EPM implementation and development experience
- Expertise in Oracle Enterprise Planning (EPBCS)
- Expertise in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS)
- Experience migrating or redesigning solutions from IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 into Oracle EPM
- Strong understanding of financial planning, analytics, and modelling
- Ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Skills
- Oracle or SAP Finance Cloud certifications
- Finance-related certifications such as CFA or FRM
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes
