Oracle EPM Developer (Contract)
Luton (Hybrid 2 Days Onsite) | up to £600 per day | 6-Month Contract
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading global consultancy for experienced Oracle EPM Developers to join a major finance transformation programme based in Luton.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the migration of enterprise planning solutions from IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, supporting a large-scale business transformation for a well-established organisation.
Working closely with solution architects, business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll play a key role in redesigning, developing and deploying Oracle EPM solutions that support critical financial planning and performance management processes.
The Role
As an Oracle EPM Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing and implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions while supporting the migration from IBM Planning Analytics. You'll work across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

We're particularly interested in candidates with expertise in one or more Oracle EPM modules, although experience across multiple modules would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Redesign and migrate planning models from IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) to Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Develop and configure Oracle EPM applications across one or more specialist modules.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with solution architects, client stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Support testing, deployment and production go-live activities.
- Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
- Ensure solutions align with Oracle EPM best practice and governance standards.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience developing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Strong experience with one or more of the following:
- Enterprise Planning (EPBCS)
- Workforce Planning
- Projects or Capital Planning
- Custom Planning
- Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS)
- Experience migrating or redesigning solutions from IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) into Oracle EPM.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ability to convert complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Contract Details
- Location: Luton
- Working Pattern: Hybrid 2 days per week onsite, 3 days remote
- Contract Length: Initial 6 months
- Rate: £600 per day
- Start: ASAP
