Job title: Oracle EPM Developer
Will the role be 100% remote, hybrid or 100% office? Hybrid 1-2 day/week

Duration of assignment: 6 months contract InsideIR35
The Role
This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, and strong leadership skills to successfully lead implementation project and support ongoing operations in the HCM domain.
Key responsibilities:
- Redesigning, redeveloping and transitioning models from IBM PA tool to Oracle EPM Modules. NB – expectation that Developer would have skills sets for only 1 of the following modules each; if Developer has more than 1 of the following, that is a benefit:
- Projects or Capital Module (from IBM PA content PDP & LAMP)
- Custom Planning Module (from IBM PA content Revenue, EU261 & Inflight)
- Workforce Planning Module (from IBM PA content Payroll)
- Profitability and Cost Management (from IBM PA content Route Profitability – calculation & allocation)
- Taking IBM PA DMR models redesigned into Oracle platform
- Work with customer and vendor lead developer & lead the transition of the models
- Take ownership for successful and deployable transition to Oracle EPM

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

- Oracle EPM expertise covering core services
- Financial planning and analytics experience – ideally across the following modules in Oracle EPM:
- Profitability & Costs Management (PCMCS)
- Enterprise Planning (EPBCS)
- Experience of redesigning from existing platforms (such as IBM PA) into Oracle EPM
- Strong command of transforming business requirements into IT solutions.
Person Specification:
- Finance business /design certification – CFA / FRM
- Oracle / SAP finance cloud certification
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work closely with the Technical Architect
