About this role
Join us at Namos Solutions as an EPM Practice Lead that plays a key role in the development of the EPM practice, especially within the Consolidation stream. Reporting directly to the EPM Practice Director, you’ll be able to make a real impact and contribution by leading projects.
You’ll need to be hands-on with client service delivery, responsible for multiple clients on end-to-end delivery of the Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation & Close business process - ensuring high-quality delivery, and innovative, responsive solutions to a diverse range of new and existing clients.
You’ll also contribute towards the strategy and vision for the team and be instrumental in developing the skills of the team by leading by example on projects, and providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members.
The role is ideally suited to someone with an established technical background in Oracle EPM products and has several years experience of working at a senior level. As an EPM Lead, you should have a thorough understanding of project methodology and a strong background in successful project delivery.
Required skills and experience
- Demonstratable experience in full life cycle implementation of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) across multiple projects
- Extensive experience in designing and developing solutions in FCC with strong skills in writing rules
- Design and development of integrations using Data Exchange/Data Management
- Possess an Accounting or Finance education or background
- Confidence in providing advice, guidance, and knowledge transfer to SMEs and end users in all aspects of Design and Implementation
- The ability to work closely with stakeholders and translate requirements into specifications
- The ability to lead a team, even when you’re not their direct line manager
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and has an approachable style

Desirable skills and experience
- Oracle FCC Implementation Professional Certification
- Part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA or CIMA
- Broad knowledge and experience across the full Oracle EPM product suite
- Experience of migrating Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) to FCC
- Experienced with other Oracle EPM business process e.g. Account Reconciliation, Narrative reporting that complete the financial close process
- Has worked closely with other systems as part of the financial close process
- Some exposure to pre-sales activity would be an advantage, though not essential.
