Why Join the KPMG People Consulting team as a Oracle ERP Manag er?The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP based transformation programmes based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. What will you be do ing?Communicating compelling and well thought out solutions for project accounting in response to complex client problems based on Oracle Cloud ERP technol ogy.Supporting business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industr ies.Defining an overall Finance & Procurement solution leveraging leading practice solutions to support the business requireme nts.System design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategy and managem ent.Recognises the importance of continuous self and team development and actively strives to achieve t

his. What your need t o do:Educated to degree level or equiva lent.An understanding of the key finance and procurement business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation progra mmes.Experience of multiple industry sectors (e.g. Media, Services, Retail, Insurance, Local Government e tc.).Experience of working effectively with senior client representat ives.Detailed knowledge of how Oracle Cloud ERP enabled end-to-end business process across at least one of the following areas: Source to Pay, Project to Result, Acquire to Retire, Order to Cash, Record to Re port.Experience of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP full implementation project lifecycles, preferably from scoping and planning through to post go live support, at least as a subject matter ex pert.A specialist knowledge of the end to end Oracle Cloud ERP design in at least one of the following process a reas:Source to Pay (S2P): Sourcing, Procurement, Expenses, Payables and Cash management modules. Setting up complex approval rules and subledger accou ntingProject to Result (P2R): Project costing and accounting, capitalisation of fixed assets, project billing and the integration of projects subledger to other mo dulesAcquire to Retire (A2R): Capitalisation of fixed assets, end to end asset lifecycle, leased assets management and integrations with EAM platf orms.Order to Cash (O2C): Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Collections modules and interaction with Supply Chain Management modules such as Order Manag ementRecord to Report (R2R): General Ledger, Intercompany workbench, Chart of Accounts, Enterprise Structures and integrations with Oracle EPM (particularly ARCS and FCCS)An understanding of the functional, application and technical architectural elements of an Oracle Cloud ERP progr amme.Should be able to independently run client workshops to drive design decisions and system demonstration in both an in person and remote delivery mode.Prepare configuration & other design documents (Functional specification, Solution design docum ent).Experience of Financial concepts (required for Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation proje cts).Experience to drive the technical deliverables such as Data migration principles & Integration Design (mainly from functional perspect ive).Experience of operating and implementing in a cloud environment and understanding the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on pre mise.Understanding of an Oracle Cloud delivery lifecycle using TCM or equivalent delivery me thod.An appreciation of the influence of user experience-based design eg Personas, user journeys and how this can be used to augment a solu tion.Our Locat ions:We are open to talk to talent across the country, but preference will be given to candidates who are willing and able to do 1 day per week in one of our core hubs for this role, which are:L ondonManch esterBirmi ngham LeedsWe can potentially facilitate flexible hours, and part-time options.
