Oracle Fusion Assurance Director / Programme Director | Gatwick / Crawley Hybrid
We're supporting Virgin Atlantic on the next phase of a high-profile Oracle Fusion transformation and are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Assurance Director / Programme Director to provide independent oversight, challenge, and assurance across a complex ERP remediation programme. Oracle Fusion was implemented approximately 12 months ago, however significant challenges remain, with around 180 identified issues impacting the platform. As the business enters a critical recovery and optimisation phase, they require a senior Oracle Fusion expert to act as a trusted assurance partner, providing robust challenge to both internal stakeholders and the Systems Integrator.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep Oracle Fusion expertise, strong programme assurance credentials, and the ability to operate credibly at CIO and Transformation Director level.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
