Oracle Fusion Business Change Lead
📍 North East (2 days onsite) | 💰 £600-625 per day | ⏳ 6-Month Contract | ✅ Outside IR35
Harvey Nash Project Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Change Lead to join a major transformation programme delivering a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and communication activities to ensure the successful rollout of a new Oracle Fusion environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead business change and communications activities across the Oracle Fusion programme
- Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
- Drive business readiness and support the adoption of new processes and ways of working
- Identify, track, and support benefits realisation across the programme
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and end users to ensure successful change outcomes
- Support the embedding of Oracle Fusion solutions into day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading business change within large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong background supporting Oracle Fusion, ERP, or enterprise-wide technology implementations
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management
- Experience driving user adoption and business readiness activities
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
