12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) | Fully Remote | £60,000

We're collaborating with one of the UK's largest children's charities to develop the next phase of their Oracle Fusion programme. The charity successfully went live with ERP and HCM modules in 2024 and is now in the post-implementation phase, focusing on process refinement, optimising data flows, and extending platform capabilities.

This is a hands-on Business Analyst (BA) role offering genuine ownership of the workstream—not a standard bid-and-deliver process. You’ll act as a bridge between Finance, People Operations, Technology, and the delivery partner.

What You’ll Do

  • Run structured workshops with Finance, People Operations, and Technology teams to:
    • Capture current processes
    • Identify pain points and scenarios
    • Translate findings into clear, outcome-focused business requirements
  • Define and maintain rigorous testable acceptance criteria, ensuring solutions align with real business outcomes
  • Conduct cross-module impact analyses across ERP, HCM, Payroll, and Reporting, including:
    • Flagging dependencies
    • Highlighting downstream implications early in the process
  • Document process and data flows, including:
    • Chart of Accounts structures
    • Costing logic
    • Approval workflows
    • Surface inefficiencies and manual workarounds for optimisation
  • Coordinate scenario-based testing with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to verify the end-to-end operational viability of solutions
  • Document EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Workforce module requirements from a business perspective and survey training gaps within the organisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
