Oracle Fusion F2D and S2F Senior Functional Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion F2D and S2F Senior Functional Consultant to lead business process discovery, solution design, and transformation initiatives across Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, Fulfillment, and Retail/Store Operations. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and transformation teams to define future-state operating models and Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions that support end-to-end supply chain planning and fulfillment processes.
Your Responsibilities
Forecast to Demand (F2D)
- Lead workshops to understand current forecasting, demand planning, replenishment, and inventory planning processes.
- Analyze demand planning challenges and identify opportunities for process optimization using Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Cloud.
- Define future-state demand forecasting, demand sensing, statistical forecasting, and replenishment strategies.
- Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Demand Management, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Procurement capabilities.
- Develop business process flows, solution blueprints, and functional design documents.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish forecasting KPIs, demand accuracy metrics, and inventory optimization strategies.
- Support creation of transformation roadmaps and business case recommendations.

Store to Fulfillment (S2F)
- Lead process discovery sessions covering store operations, inventory visibility, order orchestration, warehouse fulfillment, and omnichannel fulfillment.
- Define future-state processes for inventory fulfillment, click-and-collect, ship-from-store, transfer orders, and customer order fulfillment.
- Design Oracle Fusion-based solutions across Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement, and Logistics functions.
- Evaluate fulfillment network strategies and inventory deployment models.
- Align fulfillment processes with customer experience and operational efficiency objectives.
- Identify process standardization opportunities across stores, warehouses, and distribution centers.
- Prepare end-to-end process maps and functional solution recommendations.
Your Profile
Experience
- 12+ years overall IT / enterprise applications experience, preferably with large-scale Oracle ERP & SCM Cloud transformation programs.
Functional Expertise
- Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management Cloud.
- Oracle Fusion Demand Management Cloud.
- Oracle Fusion Supply Planning Cloud.
- Oracle Fusion Inventory Management.
- Oracle Fusion Order Management.
- Oracle Fusion Procurement.
- Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management (preferred).
- Demand forecasting and replenishment processes.
- Inventory optimization and supply planning.
- Omnichannel fulfillment and order orchestration.
- Retail and distribution business processes.

- Experience defining future-state business processes and solution blueprints.
- Ability to align business requirements with Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, fulfillment, and supply chain optimization principles.
- Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and design-thinking sessions.
- Ability to identify process improvement, automation, and standardization opportunities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value realization strategies.
