Oracle Fusion HCM Architect – Job Opportunity

Mastek is hiring for an Oracle Fusion HCM Architect! Join us in designing, implementing, and optimising Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Job Overview

We seek an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Architect to lead strategic HCM initiatives, encompassing design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance HCM systems aligned with organisational goals.


Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Architect scalable HCM solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Develop high-level designs covering end-to-end processes and data flows

Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead implementation and configuration across key modules:
    • Core HR
    • Payroll
    • Talent Management
    • Benefits & Compensation
    • Workforce Management
  • Drive customisations and integrations tailored to business needs

System Integration & Data Management

  • Integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with enterprise and third-party systems
  • Manage data migration, conversions, and integrations (Oracle Integration Cloud)
  • Ensure data quality and system integrity

Support & Maintenance

  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements and upgrades
  • Maintain system documentation and workflows

Training & Collaboration

  • Conduct training sessions for HR and IT teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address business requirements
  • Advise on best practices and emerging HCM trends

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 8–10 years of experience in HCM solutions, with a strong Oracle Fusion HCM focus
  • Proven expertise in implementation, configuration, and integrations

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
