Hiring: Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Architect | Long Contract
Location: London, UK
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Travel Requirement: Some travel may be required to client offices within the UK and/or Europe (expenses reimbursed). Candidates must be comfortable with travel.
Job Type: Long Contract
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations, covering Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management. The ideal candidate will have experience leading global rollouts, solution design, and cross-functional delivery within enterprise transformation programmes.
Experience Required:
- 12–15 years of overall experience.
- Strong implementation experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
- Experience leading end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
- Experience working in European projects with multi-country localization requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations across Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Gather business and technical requirements from customer process consultants and business SMEs.
- Translate business requirements into effective Oracle SCM solution designs.
- Provide cross-functional leadership and drive solution decisions with customer teams.
- Coordinate with multiple project tracks to ensure successful end-to-end process delivery.
- Ensure optimal solution design, resolve issues, and support project milestones.
- Participate in functional testing and coordinate with stakeholders for timely delivery.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support global rollouts, legal/statutory requirements, and business process optimization.
- Lead super user training and support knowledge transfer activities.
- Drive data conversion activities including strategy, mapping, and reconciliation for master and transactional data.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in global delivery environments.
- Ability to lead multiple teams towards common business objectives.
