Oracle Fusion Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager
Location: Can be London or Portsmouth based, with weekly/ bi-weekly visits to the secondary location
Type: FTC 18months – 2 years
Salary & package: Up to £100,000 basic salary per annum + car allowance + bonus
Hybrid working: 1- 2 days in the office per week
I’m seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager for a client undergoing a huge Oracle Fusion transformation and modernisation piece.
Your role as the Oracle Fusion Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager:
- You will lead key workstreams across HCM, Payroll and Procurement
- Drive and guide a complex programme, support the Programme Manager, bring teams together, and help shape how the business adopts Oracle Fusion across indicated functions.
- Project Managers / Delivery Managers are highly hands-on and actively involved in delivering the work
- Acting as the link between business teams, technical teams and external partners
- Ensuring the programme stays aligned to business needs and overall transformation goals
- Work in conjunction with and report into the Programme Manager

Key requirements for the Oracle Fusion Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager:
- You will need to have successfully delivered at least 2x Oracle Fusion implementation projects previously
- Hold a strong background in Oracle Fusion implementation across various modules
- Comfortable leading hands-on delivery within a complex, multi-team environment
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
