Oracle Fusion Solution Architect
Oracle Fusion Solution Architect (Finance & HCM)
Location: London Type: Contract (6-12 months) Scope: Inside IR35
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to drive the design, implementation, and continuous optimisation of enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion solutions across Finance and HCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Finance and Oracle Fusion HCM
- Lead architecture design for large-scale transformation and implementation programmes
- Translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof Oracle solutions
- Provide functional and technical leadership across Finance and HR workstreams
- Design integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems (APIs, middleware, cloud technologies)
- Ensure alignment with Oracle best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards
- Define data migration strategies, reporting architectures, and testing frameworks
- Act as the key escalation point for solution design issues and technical challenges
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape roadmaps and continuous improvement strategies
- Mentor functional consultants, developers, and business analysts

Required Experience
- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect
- Strong end-to-end implementation experience across:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
- Oracle Fusion HCM
- Deep understanding of core Finance modules:
- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Financial Analytics (FA), Cash Management (CM)
- Expenses, Project Equity, and Procurement
- Strong understanding of HCM modules:
- Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence, and Recruitment
- Experience in designing enterprise integrations using:
- Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, middleware
- Extensive knowledge of security models, reporting, and data migration strategies
- Experience in multi-country/global rollouts
- Ability to engage with C-suite and senior business stakeholders
- Proficiency in business process re-engineering across Finance and HR

Desirable Skills
- Oracle Cloud certifications in Finance or HCM
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and broader Oracle ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with payroll integrations and workforce planning
- Exposure to change management and operating model design
- Experience within regulated environments
