Purpose of role
Our Global People Solutions team focuses on delivering a seamless, scalable, and high-quality employee experience through HR processes and technologies they improve. We maximise the value of our Oracle platform by ensuring efficient and user-centric solutions across the employee lifecycle.
We're looking for a technically capable People Solutions Analyst specialising in Payroll and Compensation to support the delivery and optimisation of Oracle HCM. You will report in to the Product Owner for Payroll Solutions. Working with Solutions Architects and Product Owners, you will translate technical designs into system configuration. You will help improve delivery across Payroll and Workforce Compensation.

- Configure and support Oracle Payroll and Workforce Compensation solutions following agreed designs
- Develop and refine FastFormulas and SQL queries to support payroll and compensation processes
- Be first contact for system issues, conducting analysis and root cause investigation
- Support delivery, including requirements, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
- Translate requirements into clear, structured technical documentation
- Prepare and validate data for system readiness and go-live
- Collaborate with HRIS, Technology, and Product teams to create solutions
- Provide ongoing system support, identifying trends and driving improvements
- Analyse payroll and compensation data to support reconciliation and issue resolution
- Work in an Agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement
Qualifications
Essential:
- 2–3 years' experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or a comparable ERP system (e.g. Workday, SAP)
- Experience with HR systems, with exposure or interest in Payroll and Compensation
- Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to analyse and interpret data
- Awareness of Fast Formula or to learn logic-based configuration
- Excel and data handling skills
- Experience supporting delivery across a full project lifecycle
- Produce clear, structured documentation from our requirements
- Work across Product, Technology, and HR
- Experience supporting Oracle Payroll or Workforce Compensation
- Exposure to implementations, data migration, or testing cycles
- Familiarity with service management or ticketing tools
