Oracle Product Owner
CRITICAL — Oracle Product Owner
We're seeking an experienced Oracle Product Owner to lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of a business-critical Oracle ERP platform. You'll own the product roadmap, work closely with business stakeholders, and manage delivery through a Systems Integrator, ensuring the platform continues to support operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Oracle product roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation
- Act as the primary owner of platform performance and governance
- Translate business requirements into prioritised user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage delivery through an external Systems Integrator, ensuring quality, scope, and timelines are met
- Build strong relationships across IT, Finance, and the wider business
- Oversee system integrations and support stable, efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and user adoption

Experience Required

- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or ERP Functional Lead
- Oracle ERP experience preferred
- Strong understanding of finance systems, business processes, and integrations
- Experience working with Systems Integrators or third-party delivery partners
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong prioritisation, governance, and delivery focus
- Comfortable working across both business and technical teams
