Oracle Fusion Programme Manager
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programme across Finance and Human Capital Management. This is a strategic leadership role requiring an individual with a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion implementations, managing multiple workstreams, and engaging with executive stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving programme governance, ensuring delivery to scope, budget and timeline, while managing implementation partners, internal business teams, and third-party suppliers. This role requires exceptional leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate complex organisational change within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM transformation programme.
- Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, RAID management, financial control and executive steering committees.
- Manage multiple programme workstreams including Finance, HCM, Data Migration, Integration, Testing, Security, Change Management and Cutover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders and technology stakeholders.
- Oversee System Integrators and third-party delivery partners, ensuring contractual obligations and delivery milestones are achieved.
- Drive programme planning, dependency management and critical path activities across multiple teams.
- Ensure effective risk identification, mitigation and issue resolution throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Lead programme budgeting, forecasting and financial governance.
- Ensure business readiness, organisational change and user adoption activities are fully integrated into delivery.
- Oversee programme quality assurance and ensure successful transition into Business-as-Usual support.
- Provide regular executive reporting, programme dashboards and delivery updates to senior leadership.

Essential Experience
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programmes.
- Proven experience leading Finance (ERP) and Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Demonstrable experience managing enterprise transformation programmes valued at several million pounds.
- Strong background delivering complex, multi-workstream programmes across large organisations.
- Experience managing global or multi-country Oracle Fusion deployments.
- Strong knowledge of programme governance, PMO best practice and delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing System Integrators and large external delivery partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging Board-level and Executive sponsors.
- Strong commercial, financial and budget management experience.
- Experience managing programme risks, dependencies and executive escalations.

Desirable Experience
- Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Payroll.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM, Procurement or Supply Chain Cloud modules.
- Experience within regulated industries such as Utilities, Energy, Financial Services or Public Sector.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Oracle Cloud implementation certifications or recognised Programme Management qualifications (MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP).
