The Role: Oracle PPM Specialist
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions, including:
- Project Financial Management
- Project Costing, Billing & Contracts
- Grants Management
- Work closely with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to drive strategic recognition
- Contribute to a joined-up business mindset in project accounting optimisation
- Collaborate with Accenture’s Oracle specialists to create industry-leading solutions
Requirements & Qualifications
You should possess in-depth expertise in:
- Oracle Cloud PPM (Project Billing, Costing, Contracts, Grants)
- Oracle R13 project accounting integration across AP/GL/AR systems
- Data migration, transformation, and reconciliation processes
- OTBI and BI Publisher reporting (caching and performance optimisation)
- User Experience (UX) principles — personas, user journeys, design thinking

Candidates with the following experience win:
- Oracle Cloud AI/Agents familiarity (e.g., automated flow modeling)
- Functional data conversion capabilities
- broad ERP expertise, especially experienced with PPM integrations and cloud implementations
Skills & Competencies
- Technical: Mastery of Oracle PPM components, Accelerators cure, adapt, inter-department accounting processes
- Client: Deliver workshops, translate needs into ** PIB (Program Implementation Blueprint Programme) level maturity**, align PPM data with business goals.
- Delivery Languages: Must demonstrate strong change management, workshop leadership, negotiation, translating project requirements
