Role: Oracle Simphony Implementation Consultant - Preference for Immediate Starter
Location: Remote - Infrequent Travel to Client Site

I’m currently supporting a global technology services organisation that is looking for an experienced Oracle Simphony Implementation Consultant to join their hospitality technology team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong Oracle Simphony implementation and configuration experience who enjoys working closely with customers to deliver large-scale hospitality technology solutions.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end Oracle Simphony implementations, working with hospitality clients to configure, integrate and optimise their POS environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Oracle Simphony implementations from discovery through to go-live.
  • Configuring Simphony solutions including menus, tax rules, employee setup, revenue centres and workflows.
  • Supporting integrations between Simphony and third-party systems including PMS, inventory platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Managing SIT, UAT, regression testing and post-go-live stabilisation.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, performing root cause analysis and providing production support.
  • Working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
  • Producing implementation documentation, SOPs and training materials.
  • Supporting customer workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement.

What we're looking for:

  • Hands-on Oracle Simphony implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of Simphony architecture, EMC and configuration.
  • Experience with POS hardware including terminals, printers, KDS and payment devices.
  • Knowledge of integrations with PMS platforms (ideally Opera), inventory systems or other hospitality applications.
  • Experience delivering technology implementations within hospitality environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical teams and business users.
