About the Role
Our client is a global firm, going through a strong period of growth. There are several openings for candidates with experience in the following areas:
- Migrating data between client legacy applications and Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Applications.
- Designing and building integrations between Oracle Cloud and non-Oracle systems.
- Designing and building reports to complement Oracle Cloud.
The focus would be on Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll and Oracle Cloud Finance & Procurement related experience.
This role will be based in North England, with nominal travel requirements. The expectation is that you can travel to our Newcastle or Manchester offices a couple of times a month. This role does not require you to travel to client site.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be varied but could include:
- Providing technical support for data migration to functional analysts.
- Defining data mapping and building data migration templates/rules/routines for extract, transform and load, leveraging Oracle File Based Data Loaders / HCM/Payroll Spreadsheet Data Loader / HCM/Payroll Data Loader as applicable.
- Performing data migration, including reconciliation, and reporting activities.
- Resolving defects related to data migration.

Requirements
You must be eligible to apply and obtain UK security clearance to Security Check (SC) level, if not holding an existing clearance for this position.

We want to hear from you if any of these apply:
- Hold a certification in Oracle Cloud Financials, Procurement, Oracle HCM/Payroll or Integration Cloud or equivalents.
- Experience in translating client requirements for data migration into technical designs for migration or experience in translating client requirements for integration or reporting into technical design of integrations and/or reports.
- Demonstrable interest in a technology career.
- Detail oriented with great documentation skills and drive to see tasks to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a support function resolving client functional or technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
