🚨 Hiring: Oracle UK Payroll Functional Consultant 🚨
I'm currently looking for an experienced Oracle UK Payroll Functional Consultant for an urgent 6-month remote contract.
Location: Remote + occasional travel in the UK
Contract: 6 months
Practice: HCM
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Payroll Cloud for UK organisations.
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design payroll solutions.
- Configure and test Oracle Payroll, including payroll elements and absence payments.
- Support integrations, user training, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
- Produce and maintain project documentation while working across onsite and offshore teams.

Required Experience
- 5+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
- At least 3 end-to-end Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll configuration, setup, and transactions
- Experience delivering UK Payroll solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
