Order Administrator
Order Administrator – High Wycombe
In our High Wycombe office, you will play a vital role in reducing delays and boosting efficiency in our critical order-to-invoice process.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Evaluating and recording sales orders with precision and efficiency
- Problem-solving order entry issues
- Supporting the Order Entry Team Lead
- Providing accurate, timely updates to our Service & Sales teams
Additionally, as part of our EMEA Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with clients on invoice status, queries and outstanding payments
- Chasing customer invoice payments (across the EMEA region, excluding Italy)
- Generating and sending client statements
- Ensuring accurate and on-time invoicing

- Act as the primary contact for both internal and external customer queries regarding order status and entry
- Collaborate with the Order Entry Team Lead to ensure efficient processing of sales orders
- Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to resolve order entry queries promptly
- Maintain and update Order Entry (OE) spreadsheets for business reporting needs
- Issue advance customer invoices in a structured and timely manner
- Proactively chase outstanding client payments across EMEA (excluding Italy)
- Prepare and distribute recurring customer accounts receivable (AR) statements
- Resolve and escalate related invoice queries to ensure client satisfaction

Technical & Industry Knowledge
- High attention to detail for accurate Sales Order processing
- Seamless understanding of Purchase Orders and contractual conditions to guarantee correct order data and timely payments
- Familiarity with credit control processes
- Strong prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
IT & Administrative Skills
- Advanced computer literacy, including experience with typical office software
- Proficiency in performing data entry, spreadsheets, and documentation
Foreign Language Benefits
- Knowledge of French or German is not mandatory but is considered a ** Big Plus**
