The Role
Our Order & Export Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of customer orders across domestic and international markets.
Working closely with customers, account managers, logistics providers, and internal teams, you will coordinate orders from start to finish, ensuring export documentation is compliant, issues are resolved efficiently, and service levels remain high.
This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate orders from start to finish, collaborating with customers, account managers, freight forwarders, external warehouses, and internal departments
- Take ownership of your workload, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time
- Resolve issues proactively and escalate where necessary to maintain high service levels
- Ensure export documentation and related administration is completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements
- Participate in daily team check ins and provide clear handovers to supporting teams
- Handle escalations professionally and support problem resolution activities
- Drive customer satisfaction by identifying root causes of issues and supporting improvement initiatives
- Support the development of training materials and deliver process or system training where required
- Assist the O2C Team Lead with prioritisation of daily activities and team coordination
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation projects
- Promote a respectful, collaborative, and positive team environment

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience within customer service, order management, or export coordination
- Experience handling export documentation or international shipping processes desirable
- Good IT skills with confidence working with systems and data
- SAP experience beneficial
