Order Entry & Customer Service Advisor (f/m/d)
The role involves issuing quotations, processing customer’s orders and returns, account creation, credit checking, and providing email, telephone and web chat support to our customers. This support includes responding to general queries, issuing returns authorisations and providing information on existing orders.

Essential Functions:
- Processing standard orders, scheduling agreements and web orders using SAP
- Provide customer service support via email, telephone and web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Create customer accounts, and credit check existing and new accounts
- Provide quotations for standard optics
- Manage open sales orders and expediting purchase orders
- Process returns requests through CRM, and returned orders through SAP, and related stock transactions
- Communicate actively and collaborate with internal departments like Sales, Supply Chain and Finance
- Follow up customer and internal queries in a timely manner
- Capturing customer feedback to constantly improve our service
Qualifications:

Requirements:
- Working experience in a customer service role within a similar environment
- Able to provide an excellent customer experience
- Precision and attention to detail
- Professional demeanour and excellent communication skills (incl. exceptional telephone manner)
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Good computer literacy (high-level proficiency with MS Office programs) and ability to learn new systems (experience with SAP advantageous)
- Previous experience with email management platforms (e.g. Esker) to manage customer enquiries and workflows would be an advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional language skills in French or German would be beneficial
