That’s why we’re committed to developing innovative solutions that make precision radiation therapy and radiosurgery more effective, efficient, and accessible. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact, we invite you to bring your expertise and energy to our team.

What You’ll Do At Elekta:

As an Installation Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Installations Department, helping to coordinate the successful delivery of hardware, software, and brachytherapy installations across the region. Working closely with Installation Managers, Engineers, Project Managers, and customers, you'll ensure installation activities are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong focus on quality and customer experience.

This opportunity is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. This is an office-based role, with occasional travel for site visits and regional meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the smooth delivery of hardware, software, and brachytherapy installation projects.
  • Manage installation documentation, work orders, and related records, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal processes.
  • Monitor project activities and reporting, helping to keep installations on track and supporting timely completion of key tasks.
  • Support customers and internal teams by following up on feedback, resolving queries, and identifying opportunities to improve the installation experience.
  • Coordinate the logistics of installation tools and equipment, including shipments, inventory tracking, and replacement orders.
  • Review site readiness and project requirements, helping to identify and communicate any risks that could impact installation timelines.
  • Assist with scheduling installation engineers and coordinating activities with contractors, distributors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support budgeting, purchase order management, and administrative activities that help ensure efficient project delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
