Job Description Overview
Contract Support Specialist is a role that is part of EMEA Lifecycle Services Business Operations organization within Rockwell Automation. On this position you will cover the end-to-end process of service contract orders. The process begins with their entry, continues through any changes, and includes the purchasing of required materials and services. Additionally, it monitors service utilization and consignment stock processes. On this position you will report to Contract Support Manager. This is a maternity cover position until October 2027.
Job Description
- Service Contract order entry involves request validation, which includes data collection and consistency checks across multiple documents and systems. These documents and systems include proposals, customer documents, correspondence, costing tool. Additionally, the process involves liaison with requestors, and contract entry monitoring and review.
- Verification and governance of any order change/correction requests
- Service Contract order management: monitoring of Service Contracts usage, consignment stock management processes
- Monitor and control of Service Contract billing
- Initiate and monitor purchasing of Service Contract-related material/services incl. margin monitoring
- Assure the processes' compliance and quality of the admin team
- Liaison with all internal departments related to Service Contract entry and delivery.
- Participation in process improvement/alignment projects

Requirements
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, or equivalent knowledge
- Two or more years of order entry or/and purchasing experience
- Experience managing complex information and multiple partners to find solutions
- An interest in understanding the matrix of interactions within the company
- Navigate challenges and resolve roadblocks while maintaining our culture of respect
- Proficiency in English, Very good use knowledge of in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel (use of basic functions, work on common spreadsheets), and Teams.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Knowledge of ERP system (preferably SAP)
- Embrace change and adapt the role to meet current requirements
- Experience in process improvement/optimization
