Order Processing Administrator | Gateshead | Office Based | Temp to Perm | Immediate Start

We're recruiting for an Order Processing Administrator to join a fantastic Fleet Division within a successful and growing business based in Gateshead.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail behind the process - managing information, keeping records accurate, working across multiple systems and portals, and making sure orders move smoothly from start to finish. About the Role

As an Order Processing Administrator, you'll play a key role within the Fleet Division, ensuring orders are processed accurately, information is maintained correctly and internal processes run smoothly. Working behind the scenes with internal teams, suppliers and account functions, you'll manage order information across multiple systems and portals, ensuring every detail is correct and all documentation is completed to a high standard.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys administration, organisation and working with data. You'll be busy, you'll be involved, and you'll play an important role in keeping everything moving.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing sales orders accurately using internal systems and external portals
  • Inputting and maintaining order information and records
  • Checking specifications, pricing and data accuracy
  • Managing information across multiple platforms and systems
  • Reviewing documentation and ensuring all details are complete
  • Uploading and maintaining relevant paperwork
  • Monitoring order progress and updating internal records
  • Supporting internal teams with accurate information
  • Identifying and resolving any data discrepancies or issues
  • Ensuring processes are followed and deadlines are met
  • Providing general administrative support across the Fleet Division

You'll ideally have experience within administration, order processing, data entry, sales support or a similar office-based role. Experience working with multiple systems, portals, databases or processing high volumes of information would be advantageous.
