About the Role

This Order Processor position is for 6 months (Fixed-Term Contract). You’ll manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring seamless operations while maintaining high standards of service, customer communication, and internal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring top-tier service standards are upheld.
  • Act as the primary customer interface, resolving queries, shortages, returns, and distribution issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal commercial teams, logistics providers, and external customers.
  • Support invoicing, claims management, stock movements, and SAP administration activities.
  • Maintain accurate data across customer portals, internal systems, and reporting platforms.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, order management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Essential: Experience using SAP ERP.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a strong attention to detail.
