Order to Cash Process Lead 6-month contract
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Order to Cash (OTC) Process Lead to work with a skilled, collaborative team servicing Europe’s largest frozen food brands, including Birdseye, Aunt Bessie, Findus, and Goodfella pizzas.
This position is a strategic component of the Elevate Transformation programme—a multi-year initiative focused on delivering business-driven transformation to enhance operational excellence. The programme aims to:
- Optimise foundational processes
- Reduce operational risk
- Achieve efficiency gains across Finance teams and Nomad Foods as a whole
The O2C Subject Matter Expert (SME) role is embedded within the Shared Finance Centre Workstream, which encompasses critical financial process areas:
- FR&C (Financial Risk & Report Controls)
- Cash Management
- PTP (Payment & Transaction Processing)
- OTC
Key Accountabilities
- Serve as the technical SME for Order to Cash (OTC) processes, covering:
- Order Management
- Pricing
- Billing
- Claims and Deductions
- Credit & Collections

Lead the design and delivery of system enhancements in SAP and connected systems.

Translate business improvement needs into clear technical and functional requirements.

Oversee:
- Configuration changes
- Testing cycles
- Defect resolution
- Deployment activities

Provide expert guidance on SAP SD and OTC best practices to ensure standardised, stable processes.

Ensure seamless integrations with EDI partners, logistics providers, and customer platforms to improve data flow.

Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align OTC improvements.

Drive standardisation while reducing unnecessary customisations across markets.

Contribute to:
- Data quality improvements (particularly customer master and pricing data)
- Process simplification and automation within the O2C cycle

Support documentation, change control, and governance processes for compliant, structured delivery.

About You
- Deep experience in SAP SD/OTC configuration and solution design.
- A strong operational understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including:
- Order capture, pricing, billing
- Credit management & collections
- Proven experience in delivering system enhancements or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to:
- Articulate technical complexities for business teams
- Secure buy-in for process changes
