Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role
Join Frive at the perfect moment!
Frive is growing fast, and we're building our organic content presence from the ground up, which means you get to shape it, not inherit it. This is a rare chance to join a business at a genuinely pivotal moment and make organic social yours.
No red tape, just space to create the kind of content people actually want to watch, and see it land. We're not just here to compete in the meal prep space - we want Frive to become a leading brand across social and content, full stop.
You'll produce organic, social-first video content for Frive that's entertaining, native to platform, and true to who we are as a brand. You'll take ideas from spark to final export, independently and at pace, with a strong instinct for what makes people stop, watch, and share.
What You'll Do
- Own organic content production end-to-end
- Independently plan, shoot, and edit content designed to win attention organically - video-first, but also static posts, carousels, and graphics where the format calls for it
- Bring new content ideas to the table regularly, ideating, scripting, and storyboarding social-first content built for how people actually scroll
- Think platform-native, always: what’s right for TikTok isn’t always right for Insta
- Manage multiple ideas and projects simultaneously, delivering high volumes of great content quickly, planning ahead while staying flexible enough to jump on what’s happening right now
- Use AI tools to boost speed and scale without lowering the creative bar
- Keep a close eye on performance and social media metrics, using what’s working (and what isn’t) to shape the next idea
- Collaborate with brand and the wider content team to develop new formats
- Spot the everyday moments, stories, and business happenings that make for genuinely great content
