Responsibilities
About the Role
- Managing and executing CRM campaigns to ensure monthly updates and consistent engagement.
- Overseeing website updates and optimising for content and user experience.
- Managing PR initiatives to boost Emma’s visibility.
- Developing blog posts and careers content to attract both users and talent.
- Building and growing our community of Emma users through engaging content and activities.
- Planning and coordinating events to promote Emma’s mission.
- Managing brand assets, creating decks, and supporting affiliates and presentations.

Who We Are Looking For
2+ years of experience in:
-
Organic marketing
-
Content marketing
-
Growth marketing roles
Ideally within a high-growth startup or fintech company.

Strong writing skills with a portfolio of:
- Website copy
- Blog posts
- Product updates
- Lifecycle email campaigns

Ability to adapt tone of voice across formats:
- Landing pages
- Educational content
- Retention emails
-
Experience with technical SEO and an understanding of:
- How to structure content for search visibility

Familiarity with:
- CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Braze, or similar)

Experience managing:
- Content calendars
- Coordinating with design or product teams
-
Passionate about fintech and aligned with Emma’s mission to empower people financially
-
A team player with strong attention to detail and a love for clear, compelling communication

Excited to join a fast-paced team and help shape Emma’s voice across our owned channels
