Who This Role Is For (Read This First)
This is not a social media manager role. This is not a scheduler, a caption-writer, or someone who needs instructions.
This role is for someone who has already taken a personal brand or thought leader from strong visibility to massive organic reach — and knows exactly how to do it again.
You’ve worked with big names in the coaching / personal development / education / spirituality / wellness / influence space.
You understand what makes content spread, what platforms reward, and how to engineer momentum across ecosystems.
If you’ve ever said, “I know how to make this go viral — give me the creator and the access”, this role is for you.
We’re open to both full-time and part-time team members. We'd love to hear from you - apply and we'll be happy to review!
The Mission
In 2026, Alyssa Nobriga’s primary focus is organic reach at scale. Not vanity metrics. Actual reach. Actual awareness. Actual influence.
Your mission as Organic Marketing Lead is to:
- Make Alyssa’s organic content (podcast, social) go viral in 2026
- Engineer million-view moments
- Lead the growth of Alyssa’s podcast into Top 10 rankings
- Make Alyssa’s content unavoidable in personal development niche
- Build a self-reinforcing ecosystem where every platform fuels the others
This role owns organic growth, visibility, reach, and cultural relevance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You are responsible for orchestrating growth across the full ecosystem:
- Podcast (growth, discoverability, rankings, clips, virality)
- Instagram & other social platforms (Reels-first, carousels, stories, positioning)
- Newsletter (growth, open rates, cultural relevance, shareability)
- Website & evergreen content (SEO + authority + narrative control)
- Freebies & lead magnets (distribution, not creation)
- PR & organic exposure (earned media, collaborations, visibility moments)
You do not treat these as separate channels. You design one integrated content engine where:
- Podcast moments fuel viral clips
- Viral clips drive newsletter signups
- Newsletter deepens authority
- Authority drives PR and collaborations
- PR feeds back into social proof and reach
What You Will Actually Do (Day-to-Day & Strategic)
1. Viral Content Strategy (Core Responsibility)
- Architect a clear, repeatable viral content strategy
- Identify formats that consistently hit 500K–1M+ views
- Define Alyssa’s viral lanes (themes she can dominate)
- Decide what not to post as aggressively as what to post
- Build a content thesis that platforms reward
You are thinking in patterns, formats, hooks, and psychology — not aesthetics.
2. Podcast Growth & Ranking Strategy
- Turn the podcast into a growth machine, not just a show
- Design episode strategies for ranking, not just value
- Engineer clip systems that travel far beyond the audience
- Advise on guest selection for maximum reach and algorithmic lift
- Understand how charts actually work — and how to influence them
3. Platform-Specific Mastery (Especially Instagram)
- Deep understanding of Reels mechanics, watch time, retention, saves, shares
- Ability to spot early signals of breakout content
- Know when to double down, pivot, or kill a format
- Understand platform shifts before they’re obvious
You’re not chasing trends blindly — you’re anticipating them.
4. Ecosystem Integration & Narrative Control
- Ensure Alyssa’s message is coherent across platforms
- Shape her positioning as a category leader, not just a creator
- Align content with long-term brand authority
- Control the narrative as visibility increases (reputation management mindset)

5. Leadership & Execution
- Roll up your sleeves and execute — this is not a strategy-only role
- Direct editors, social managers, writers, and other contractors
- Set clear creative standards and kill mediocre output fast
- Create systems that scale without burning the creator out
What Success Looks Like (Non-Negotiable Outcomes)
Within 6–12 months:
- Multiple pieces of content consistently reaching 500K–1M+ views
- Measurable, sustained growth across all organic platforms
- Podcast rankings moving into Top 10 in its category
- Increased inbound PR, collaborations, and invitations
- Alyssa clearly perceived as a dominant voice in her space
If you cannot visualize how to get there, this role is not for you.
Who You Must Be
Experience (Required)
- Proven experience scaling personal brands or influencers organically
- Worked with well-known names in personal development niche
- Can speak in specifics: formats, metrics, timelines, decisions
- Has ridden algorithm waves — and survived platform changes
Mindset
- Obsessed with reach, resonance, and momentum
- Direct and data-informed
- Comfortable challenging the creator (respectfully)
- Not precious about content — you kill what doesn’t work
Style
- Strategic thinker and operator
- Calm under pressure when content flops
- Excited by big goals, not intimidated by them
- Understands creators deeply — psychologically and creatively
What This Is NOT
- Not a content calendar role
- Not a junior growth experiment
- Not a brand aesthetics position
- Not a role for someone learning on the job
This role is for someone who has already won this game — and wants to do it again at a bigger level.
Why This Role Is Rare
You will have:
- A creator who wants to go big
- High-quality content access
- A team willing and able to execute fast
- A mandate to focus on growth first
The only missing piece is you.
