The Role

At Rise at Seven, we believe the future of marketing isn't about creating content for one channel - it's about creating content that helps brands get discovered wherever people search, scroll, ask and explore. Consumers don't just search Google anymore. They search TikTok. They ask ChatGPT. They browse Reddit. They watch YouTube. They discover brands through social, media and AI.

As an Organic Media Creator, you'll create search-first content journeys that help brands become visible across every searchable platform. You'll develop content for websites, social platforms and media, ensuring every asset is designed to maximise discoverability, engagement and commercial impact. This isn't a traditional SEO or content role.

You'll work closely with Organic Media strategists, Analysts and creative teams to turn audience insights into content that earns rankings (in Google and social search), links, visibility, media coverage, social engagement and AI recommendations.

Key Objectives

  • Create content that drives discoverability on Google, LLMs and social
  • Build strong entity signals for SEO onsite> offsite
  • Repurpose content across multiple formats to maximise visibility, reach and performance e.g turning onsite guides into Pinterest pins, Linkedin articles and reddit comments
  • Work with social and creator teams to produce briefs that create visibility on social
  • Optimise existing content to improve visibility, engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with Organic Media Strategists and Analysts to bring audience insights to life.
  • Continuously improve content quality through testing, optimisation and performance insights.
  • Cultural quality checks to ensure all content is culturally relevant to native market

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Create onsite content for humans and agents

  • Create landing pages, category pages and service pages that maximise discoverability across search engines and AI platforms while meeting audience and commercial objectives.
  • Optimise on-page content through metadata, internal linking and schema recommendations to improve discoverability and search performance.
  • Write product descriptions and ecommerce copy that increase product visibility and support purchase decisions.
  • Produce blog articles, buying guides, comparison pages and resource hubs that capture audience demand and establish brands as trusted sources.
  • Create FAQs and knowledge content that answer common customer questions and improve visibility within search engines and AI-generated responses.
  • Write case studies, customer success stories and expert bios that strengthen brand authority, trust and credibility.
  • Develop campaign landing pages and interactive content experiences that support the Digital PR teams goals
  • Produce landing page briefs and content wireframes that align user experience, search intent and conversion goals.

Create social-first content

  • In support of the expert social team, you'll help produce content for discoverability…
  • Write LinkedIn posts, articles and social captions that increase discoverability - optimised
  • Create search optimised scripts and transcripts for TikTok, Reels and YouTube
  • Using our tech, and processes listen and produce useful responses and answers in community forums like Reddit and Quora
  • Repurpose onsite content into Pinterest pin copy and descriptions - working with studio to create visual assets to support
  • Create email newsletters which promote onsite or offsite content
  • Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific assets
  • Develop founder and executive thought leadership content under rising profiles product

Create Digital PR content

  • In support of the expert Digital PR team, you'll help produce content for that ranks and earns links/talkability:
  • Work with the Digital PR team to act as editor to survey reports and data studies
  • Create statistic pages and evergreen data resources
  • Produce campaign cluster content
  • Write expert commentary and supporting campaign assets which may get distributed on socials/media
  • Develop media-ready landing pages and supporting copy

Optimise on-site content

  • Refresh and improve existing content to increase discoverability across search engines, featured snippets, AI-generated answers and rich search results
  • Optimise content for search intent, user experience and audience needs.
  • Write and optimise page titles, meta descriptions and heading structures to improve visibility and click-through rates.
  • Optimise internal linking to strengthen topical authority and improve content discovery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content structure, readability and engagement.
  • Recommend and implement schema markup to improve how content is understood by search engines and AI.
  • Identify content decay and refresh opportunities to maintain rankings and relevance.
  • Improve content to increase engagement, conversions and commercial performance.
  • Ensure all content follows SEO best practice while aligning with brand tone and Organic Media strategy.

About You

  • You're passionate about creating content that people actually want to consume.
  • You understand how people discover brands across Google, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, AI and social platforms.
  • You can adapt your writing style for different audiences, industries and channels.
  • You know how to turn one idea into multiple pieces of content.
  • You're naturally curious and enjoy researching new topics.
  • You have a strong eye for detail and produce high-quality work.
  • You're organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • You enjoy collaborating with strategists, analysts, designers and creatives.
  • You're always experimenting with new content formats and platform features.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years' experience in SEO, content marketing, copywriting or digital marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating content for websites, AEO and social platforms
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent and content optimisation.
  • Familiarity with AI search and modern search behaviours.
  • Experience using SEO and content tools such as Ahrefs, Sistrix, SEMrush, GA4 or similar.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve content workflows.
  • Comfortable briefing creative assets and working with designers and video teams.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
