About the Role

FairPlay Sports Media is looking for an Organic Performance Executive to join our Audience team, supporting the delivery of organic growth across our English-speaking markets, primarily the UK and US.

Reporting directly to the Senior Organic Performance Manager, you'll play a key role in implementing SEO initiatives, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and working closely with Content, Product and Engineering teams to improve organic visibility across Oddschecker.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within Organic Performance while working in one of the most competitive SEO environments in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the organic growth strategy across the UK, US and English-speaking markets.
  • Carry out keyword research and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic.
  • Monitor organic performance using SEO and analytics tools.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Work closely with Content teams to optimise existing content and support new content initiatives.
  • Support Product and Engineering teams by raising SEO requirements and validating implementations.
  • Monitor rankings, crawl health, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
  • Support testing initiatives including A/B testing and SEO experiments.
  • Assist with competitor analysis and market research.
  • Work alongside the Digital PR team to support link acquisition initiatives.
  • Produce regular SEO performance reports and dashboards.
  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and developments within AI search.
  • Support optimisation across emerging AI-powered search experiences.

  • Previous experience in SEO or Organic Performance.
  • Good understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or Screaming Frog.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Understanding of keyword research and content optimisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working within betting, gaming, sports media, publishing or another competitive digital industry would be highly desirable.
  • Curiosity around AI-powered search and emerging SEO trends.
