About the Role:
After a successful year growing our current client scopes for 2026, we are now looking to expand our Organic Performance Department with the hiring of an Organic Performance Senior Executive. As a full-service media agency, search sits at OMD UK’s heart within the Connected Performance Department (our combined wider digital and planning department) a team that consists of over 160 experts, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to work across a varied client mix and get involved across multiple channel touchpoints working with counterparts across the agency.
Reporting directly to OMD’s Organic Performance Account Manager, you will be an inquisitive and proactive SEO practitioner as well as expanding your remit into GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation – GenAI/LLMs). You will support the Account Manager with the main day-to-day contact and responsible for delivering SEO/GEO strategies for your clients. Working with your Account Manager, you will support in the delivery of client strategies and approaches to drive performance and efficiencies.

You will be primarily working with one the biggest banks in the UK, across a number of business units.
The role is perfect for a self-starter SEO all-rounder who has hands-on experience and is now ready to take the next step into a more senior role.
