THE TEAM

You'll join the Organic Visibility team, helping drive easyJet's organic growth across flights and holidays. Working closely with specialists across content, merchandising, digital product, social and marketing, you'll play an important role in shaping how millions of customers find and engage with our products across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences.

THE ROLE

As Organic Content Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving and executing easyJet's pan-European organic content strategy across flights and holidays. You'll ensure our content performs brilliantly across both traditional search and evolving AI-driven discovery platforms, helping customers find the information they need in the moments that matter.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Defining and delivering organic content strategies across SEO, GEO and AEO.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, sharing best practice and insight on organic content trends and opportunities.
  • Creating, optimising and scaling high-quality content across text, image and video formats.
  • Ensuring content is aligned to customer intent and tailored for multilingual European audiences.
  • Leveraging content generation technologies, including GenAI, to unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across content, merchandising, digital product, social and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities through analytics platforms and reporting frameworks.
  • Using data and insight to continuously improve content effectiveness, organic visibility and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in organic search, SEO, GEO or AEO-focused content roles.
  • Strong understanding of content optimisation principles across traditional and AI-driven search.
  • Experience creating and optimising content across text, image and video formats.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to evaluate performance and inform decision making.
  • Experience working with multilingual content and diverse European audiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving digital environment.
  • Confidence building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience within travel, leisure, e-commerce or another fast-paced customer-focused industry.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms such as Sitecore or Contentful.
  • Familiarity with organic search tools such as Botify, Peec AI, SEMrush or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of CRO, experimentation, data science or machine learning principles.
  • Working knowledge of Python or other coding languages.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring content teams.

PRACTICALITIES

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
