Organisation Effectiveness Consultant
Senior Organisation Effectiveness / OD Leader | UK Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Organisation Effectiveness Leader to define and deliver its enterprise-wide approach to workforce strategy, organisation effectiveness and operating model execution.
This is a senior, high-impact role operating at group level and acting as a critical enabler of the wider Group strategy.
The mandate is to help build a more scalable, efficient and accountable organisation - translating strategy into clear capability, structure, governance, leadership behaviour and measurable performance outcomes.
The role will lead the organisation’s approach across: Enterprise workforce strategy and strategic workforce planning Organisation effectiveness, spans, layers and accountability Operating model design and execution Leadership cohort design, succession and pipeline thinking Organisation design governance and decision discipline Transformation and change execution, including major simplification initiatives People data, analytics and impact measurement

We are looking for someone with deep experience in organisation effectiveness, workforce strategy, operating model design or large-scale transformation within a complex organisation. You will bring strong commercial acumen, the ability to align organisation design with financial outcomes, and the credibility to influence at Board level.
Experience in wealth management, asset management or broader financial services would be highly relevant, particularly where you have worked on integration, simplification, cost transformation or scalable capability-building agendas.
