Role Summary
The OT&D Coordinator supports the Organisation Talent and Development Director in the delivery of A-Gas’ global talent, organisational development, and performance agenda. This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective coordination and execution of global talent processes, organisational initiatives, and recruitment activity. The coordinator will work closely with regional P&C teams, business leaders, and external partners to support the implementation of scalable, consistent people practices across the organisation. The role is highly operational and delivery-focused, offering exposure to global projects, senior stakeholders, and strategic talent practices. Reports to Organisation Talent and Development Director

Principal Place of Work: Based in United Kingdom or within Europe, with flexibility to support globally.
Experience, Knowledge And Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR, People and Culture, Talent, or Performance coordination.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience supporting programmes or projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with data, tracking tools, and HR systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
