About The Opportunity

Why This Role Matters

  • Develop compelling strategies for digital adoption.
  • Create actionable plans for stakeholder engagement and organisational readiness.
  • Drive behavioural change ensuring success in large-scale transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute high-impact change initiatives using frameworks like Prosci ADKAR.
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement, influencing decision-makers and mitigating resistance.
  • Develop risk management and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Partner with teams on training, adoption tracking, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Use data-driven metrics to measure and improve change effectiveness.

Whether thriving in fast-paced programmes or crafting long-term transformation visions, you’ll make a direct, scalable impact.


Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience

✅ Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, APMG Change Management). ✅ Real-world experience in applying change methodologies within complex transformations or digital transformation programmes. ✅ Strong ability to use change metrics and adoption measures for enhanced decision-making. ✅ Expertise in engaging diverse stakeholders, from executives to frontline teams. ✅ Outstanding communication, presentations, and relationship-building skills. ✅ Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ✅ A collaborative, agile mindset with proven hybrid/remote work adaptability.
