Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, People Partners and transformation teams to diagnose organisational challenges, design future-state models, and support high-quality, sustainable decision-making aligned to MAG’s operating model.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading organisation design activity across complex, multi-stakeholder areas
  • Diagnosing organisational effectiveness challenges using data and insight (e.g. spans, layers, decision rights, workflows)
  • Designing future-state operating models, structures, roles and governance
  • Coaching and advising leaders to support effective, evidence-based design decisions
  • Supporting governance processes with clear recommendations and supporting rationale
  • Evaluating the impact of design changes and tracking benefits and outcomes
  • Building organisational design capability through tools, frameworks and guidance
  • Contributing to enterprise-wide organisational effectiveness priorities

What will make you successful in the role?

You’ll bring strong experience in organisation design or organisational effectiveness, with the ability to turn strategy into practical organisational solutions. You’ll be comfortable working in complex, fast-moving environments and influencing stakeholders through insight and expertise rather than authority.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong knowledge of organisation design, operating models and organisational effectiveness
  • Experience applying OD or consulting approaches (diagnosis, design, intervention and evaluation)
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear organisation design solutions
  • Confidence using data, benchmarks and qualitative insight to inform recommendations
  • Experience influencing leaders and stakeholders in complex or matrix environments
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to navigate multiple priorities

  • Exposure to workforce analytics, dashboards or benefits tracking
  • Experience working across multiple business areas or locations
  • Familiarity with organisation design tools (e.g. OrgVue / OrgLab) or programme methodologies

We’re building something brilliant at MAG: a diverse team of Journey Makers who share our values and want to make a difference. We’re on a mission to be number one in our industry, and that takes talent in all its forms.

With so many exciting roles across our airports and businesses, there’s space for your unique strengths to shine. Whether this is your next step or a new direction, we want to hear from you — even if you don’t meet every requirement.

We’re proud to be a Disability Confident employer. If you need any adjustments to support your application or interview, just let us know.

At MAG, every journey matters. Our Colleague Communities play a big part in that, including Women’s Network, Embrace (Race & Ethnicity), Fly with Pride (LGBTQIA+), Mind Matters (Mental Health), PACT (Parents & Carers), RespectABILITY (Disability & Neurodiversity), and the CAVU Global ID&E Affinity Group.
