Role Overview
The Change Management Delivery Lead supports the execution of Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities for this large-scale integration programme, ensuring smooth adoption across all business areas.
This hands-on, delivery-focused role is responsible for:
- Coordinating communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness activities
- Implementing OCM plans under the guidance of the Senior Change Manager
- Ensuring stakeholders and end-users are prepared for new systems, processes, and ways of working
Key Responsibilities
Change Delivery & Coordination
- Support execution of the OCM plan across the integration programme
- Maintain detailed change plans, trackers, and status updates
- Align change activities with programme milestones and timelines
Stakeholder Engagement Support
- Maintain stakeholder lists and engagement trackers
- Assist in scheduling stakeholder meetings, workshops, and forums
- Develop and manage change champion and super-user networks
- Capture feedback and escalate key themes or risks
Communications Support
- Draft and format communication materials (emails, newsletters, presentations, FAQs)
- Manage communication calendars and distribution lists
- Coordinate approvals and ensure timely delivery of messaging
- Update and maintain content on internal platforms (e.g., intranet, SharePoint)

Training Coordination (Key Focus Area)
- Oversee end-to-end training logistics, including schedules for virtual and in-person sessions
- Book training rooms, send invites, and manage registrations
- Liaise with SMEs, trainers, and vendors to ensure materials and deliveries
- Track training attendance, completion, and feedback
- Develop and format training materials (guides, presentations, e-learning)
- Maintain training records and reporting dashboards
Business Readiness Support
- Support readiness assessments (surveys, checklists, interviews)
- Track readiness criteria and highlight gaps or risks
- Assist in preparing readiness reports and dashboards
Change Impact & Tracking
- Document impact of change across roles, processes, and systems
- Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback
Post-Go-Live Support
- Embed reinforcement activities to support ongoing adoption of new ways of working
Key Deliverables
- Updated change plans and trackers
- Stakeholder engagement logs
- Communication materials and distribution schedules
- Training schedules, attendance records, and reports
- Readiness assessment outputs and dashboards
- RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and status reports
Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years’ experience in:
- Change management
- Project coordination
- HR, L&D (Learning & Development), or similar fields
- Preferred: Experience supporting transformation or system integration projects
- Strongly Preferred: Coordination of training programmes or events
Key Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder coordination and relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Zoom, LMS platforms)
