Orthodontic Therapist – Permanent Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Therapist to join our specialist practice based in Oxford, OX2 6PE.

Lars Christensen Orthodontics is a highly regarded private orthodontic practice, delivering the highest standards of treatment in Oxford and the surrounding areas. Our practice embraces a patient-centred approach, combining clinical expertise with a supportive, collaborative environment.

Due to increasing demand and growth, we are expanding our team and inviting a skilled Orthodontic Therapist to join!


About the Practice

  • Location: Central North Oxford (easily accessible by train, bus, or on foot)
  • Modern & bright: Features 3–4 surgeries and advanced equipment, including a 3Shape scanner
  • Onsite parking available
  • Busy caseload: High-demand practice with direct enquiries and referrals for all treatment types

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist orthodontists in patient treatment, ensuring high-quality care based on Lars Christensen Orthodontics’ reputation for excellence
  • Collaborate with the full-time orthodontist team on joint clinics and case management
  • Provide patient-centred support, from consultations to ongoing treatment

Requirements

✅ GDC-registered Orthodontic Therapist with the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available) ✅ Availability to work Fridays (essential) ✅ Experience in a fast-paced private orthodontic environment preferred
