About the Role
Fast-paced independent dental practice is seeking a self-employed Orthodontist to enhance their in-house orthodontic team at their Tiverton office.
Explore expanded orthodontics, complete a General Dental Services (GDS) contract supporting an Invisalign Tray-O-Matic (OPT) machine and intra-oral scanner.

Current role includes supported orthodontics activity with approximately 1,000–1,100 Units of Activity (UOA) per month across three core treatments, backed by an experienced and highly skilled therapist.
Key Terms
- UOA Flexibility: 3–4 days per month (flexible schedule)
- Favourable UOA Rate: £38.74 per UOA (very competitive rate compared to national average)
- Flexibility for Private Cases: Potential to grow private treatment earnings

Remuneration
- Starting contract salary: £42,614 per annum with GDS contract
- Ability to top-up earnings through private treatments beyond contract hours
Working Arrangements
- Location: Onsite at the practice – must be available at the office on allocated days
- Scope: Full control over individual workload given dental practice support and experienced therapist assistance
