New Opportunity: Private Orthodontist at Southampton Orthodontic Centre (SO15 2DG)
About the Practice
Southampton Orthodontic Centre is a specialist orthodontic practice with an NHS contract, led by Dr Rupinder Sidhu. Backed by a highly skilled team including 4 Orthodontic Therapists, Nurses, and Receptionists, the practice focuses on delivering exceptional patient care.
The Role
Due to growing patient demand, we are seeking an additional clinician to lead and expand the private orthodontics offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage private orthodontic patients, including existing enquiries, NHS non-qualifiers, and new prospects generated through proactive marketing efforts.
- Work at the practice’s surgery on Tuesdays or Saturdays, starting with 1 day per month and scaling up to 1 day weekly as demand grows.
- Deliver a mix of fixed and aligner treatments, offering clinical independence.
- Collaborate closely with the supportive team (Reception, Nurses, Practice Manager, and Therapy support).

Requirements
To apply, you must be: ✔ A Specialist Orthodontist or a DWSI (Dental Specialty in Orthodontics) with extensive proven experience. ✔ Capable of working independently, with expertise in fixed and aligner treatments. ✔ Eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
