Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist
Outline:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work with a great brand within Orthopaedics, specialising in large joint replacement. A highly respected company with a great range of award-winning products, looking for an enthusiastic person to join the Clinical Team.

Purpose of the Role:
As Clinical Support, you will be accountable for providing Clinical Support across a central area of Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and parts of Warwickshire. You will be working alongside Consultants, Surgeons, Theatre Staff, or assisting the Sales Representatives in meetings. Providing training and supporting surgical staff in the correct clinical use of company products.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent initial and ongoing training to a range of surgical staff, from head of department to newly graduated ODP's, etc.
- Training people on large joint orthopaedic implants, being the clinical subject expert for your employer across your territory.
- Covering Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and parts of Warwickshire, across the NHS and Private sector.
- It's essential that you deliver high-quality training, along with attending surgical procedures as requested by customers or the Area Sales Manager.
- You will have complete autonomy in managing your own diary, but with the added support of an established and performing team!
- In this role, you will also be working with and supporting Sales Representatives to ensure sales targets are achieved, you're an integral part of the process.
- You’ll be continually promoting the products and building positive business relations with current and potential clients.
- Throughout the job, you’ll be liaising with a diverse group of people across the NHS and Private hospital settings, along with at Trade Shows and Events.
- Full training is provided and tailored to the person joining, and the existing experience they have, with ongoing career development!

- Up to £50k basic

Experience:
Looking for ODP's, Physician Associates, Theatre Nurses, Surgical Assistants, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Scrub Nurses, Theatre Assistants, or current clinical specialists who enjoy orthopaedics and all things MSK! You must have post-graduation/qualification work experience, no newly qualified PA's, etc, sorry.

The Person:
- Strong communication skills are essential and the ability to build a good rapport with people from all backgrounds!
- You’ll need a passion for MSK and orthopaedic joint replacement!
- Experience as an ODP's, Physician Associate, Theatre Nurses, Surgical Assistants, Scrub Nurses, Theatre Assistants, or similar role is essential!
- It is vital that you have a good level of general anatomy and physiology knowledge to aid in clinical conversations.
- You will need to live within Northamptonshire or Bedfordshire area, or be willing to relocate at your own expense.
- You need to be highly motivated and able to be flexible to changeable days.
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential for anyone applying.
- Right to work in the UK is essential – no sponsorship available (sorry)
