Are you looking for a new challenge and to find a fulfilling career in healthcare? Do you want to make a difference to people’s lives?

Trauma & Orthopaedic Theatre Experience Is Essential.

We would like to hear from qualified ODP practitioners and Registered Nurses to be a part of our dynamic Trauma & Orthopaedic theatre team at our high performing trust. We pride ourselves on excellence and aim to set the national standard for excellence in patient safety, quality and continuous improvement. Our 9,000 staff have an important role in fulfilling this aim, making working for the trust very rewarding. Staff have access to a range of benefits including pension, salary sacrifice schemes, on-site nursery and staff experience initiatives.

Following a period of appropriate training, our ODP’s and Registered Nurses provide assistance as a member of the Theatre team as an anaesthetic/recovery practitioner or scrub practitioner. As effective role models, our ODP’s and Registered Nurses develop their skills and abilities to supervise and plan evidence based interventional care for patients, moving from close supervision to proximal supervision.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
