💼 What You'll Do
- Support orthopaedic surgeons during hip & knee procedures
- Deliver in-theatre clinical education and product support
- Lead generation and upselling devices
- Field based role, managing accounts across Essex + East Anglia
- Build relationships with theatre teams and identify commercial opportunities
- Support innovative implant technology and patient pathway software

👊 Who You Are
- Must have an orthopaedic background - i.e. ODP, Scrub Nurse, Physiotherapist or MSK clinician
- Full driving licence
- Passionate about theatre and patient outcomes
- Commercially minded with excellent relationship skills
💰 The Package
- £30-45K basic
- £10K OTE
- £600/month car allowance
- Laptop, mobile & excellent career development
