The Opportunity
We are excited to offer an internship position for a motivated and enthusiastic veterinary graduate who is keen to develop a strong foundation in veterinary orthopaedics. This role is ideal for someone considering a future residency or advanced clinical practice.

As an intern, you will work closely with our Specialist (ECVS & RCVS) and ECVS board eligible orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, and support teams, gaining hands-on experience in diagnostics, surgical procedures, inpatient care, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with orthopaedic surgeries and procedures
- Managing pre- and post-operative patients
- Supporting inpatient care and case work-ups
- Participating in ward rounds, clinical discussions, and CPD
- Collaborating closely with the nursing and rehabilitation teams
- Maintaining high clinical and welfare standards at all times

What We're Looking For
- A veterinary surgeon registered (or eligible to register) with the RCVS
- A strong interest in orthopaedics and surgical practice
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, reliable, and compassionate approach to patient care
- Willingness to learn and contribute positively to a busy referral hospital
