Join Siemens Energy’s OneOSD, our global Operational Service Desk, where you will be part of a 24/7 central hub that coordinates and leads responses to urgent, high-impact operational events across our installed fleet. As a Customer Technical Services (CTS) OneOSD Technical Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting customer assets, restoring equipment to service, and safeguarding the reliability of global energy infrastructure. Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing faults and supporting the safe return to service of critical equipment, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Provide immediate technical responses to urgent operational issues, diagnosing faults and supporting the safe return to service of critical equipment.
- Take end-to-end ownership of operational incidents from first notification through to resolution and closure.
- Act as an authoritative technical interface for customers and internal teams during live operational events.
- Coordinate with Regional Technical Services, Engineering, Field Service, and Fleet Managers to mobilize expertise.
- Deliver proactive out-of-hours monitoring and respond to high-priority fleet and EDGE notifications.
- Manage operational cases accurately through Salesforce, ensuring clear communication and traceability.
- Contribute to OneOSD’s role as a global fleet intelligence center.

What You Bring
- Experience in Technical Services, Engineering, Field Service, or Operational Support within an industrial or energy environment.
- Minimum of 5 years Gas Turbine experience.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Confident communicator in English, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders during time-critical events.
- High levels of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment as part of a global team.
