OSS/BSS Architect
Job Title: Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect – Telecom (OSS/BSS)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in the Telecom domain, specializing in OSS (Operational Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end enterprise solutions, defining target architectures, and ensuring seamless integration between OSS, BSS, network, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end solution architecture for OSS/BSS transformation and integration projects.
- Define enterprise architecture aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Collaborate with business, product, network, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Drive integration across OSS, BSS, CRM, Billing, Order Management, Provisioning, and Network Inventory systems.
- Ensure architecture complies with industry standards, security, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design to deployment.
- Review and recommend new technologies and best practices to support telecom digital transformation.

Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in the telecom industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of OSS/BSS architecture and telecom business processes.
- Experience with systems such as CRM, Billing, Order Management, Service Provisioning, Inventory Management, and Assurance.
- Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, Open APIs).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Experience in telecom transformation or modernization programs.
